The feast of Urs, the anniversary of the saint's death, is celebrated with great enthusiasm on the Dargah. The festival lasts for three days and is a famous Rajasthani festival which attracts a large number of tourists from India and other Muslim countries. Mass begins on 25 Jamadi-ul-Akhir (6th lunar month). The Mughal Emperor Akbar is said to have offered a prayer for an heir to this dargah in the 16th century, and his prayer was answered.
